That single mention is not a route restriction (corrected 2026-10-03, feedback #165): no source limits it to Leda, IGN lists it once for the whole game, and the operator found it on the Dietrich-route world map (IMG_0620, 0623, 0624, 0625, 0627, 2026-09-27).
