Fortune’s Weave

Planner

Choose a route on Now Playing first. The planner needs a declared route to know which recruitment plans apply. The weekly checklist works without one.

Why recruits need lead time

Some recruits in Fortune’s Weave cannot be picked up when you first meet them. They need Renown, a support rank with your lord, a paralogue, a quest or some gold, and the slow ones, usually support, take many chapters to raise. The planner takes the recruits you want and lines the steps for all of them up by chapter, so you can see what to start now and what can wait.

The guide holds 161 recruitment plans, one for each recruit on each route. Each plan lists the steps (raising a support, earning Renown, clearing a paralogue or quest, buying something, saving gold), the chapter by which to start each one, and the reason it is needed. Steps whose timing is not confirmed are kept in their own section rather than guessed, and every step carries the confidence of its source.

How to use it

  1. Choose your route and chapter on Now Playing. Plans differ by route, so the planner needs one.
  2. Tick the recruits you are after under Target recruits, or select them all.
  3. Read the timeline from the top: steps due now come first, then each later chapter in order.
  4. Check the item and gold totals at the end to see what to buy or save for.
  5. Use the share link to copy your list. Your choices stay in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

What it is based on

The plans are built from the recruitment requirements in the recruitment guide, which cite published guides and the author’s own play. For what repeats every week, such as meals and training, see the weekly checklist. To compare routes before choosing one, read Choosing a route.
